Hotel Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: 25% of the total billing amount will be retained.
Cancellation 15–30 days before check-in: 50% of the total billing amount will be retained.
Cancellation within 15 days of check-in: No refund will be provided.
Child Policy
Children up to 5 years old can share the room with parents (without extra mattress and food).
Children above 5 years are considered as extra persons and will be charged (includes extra bed and food).

Any personal information you share with us—such as your name, date of birth, address, marital status, contact details, etc.—will be treated as confidential and kept private.
Terms and Conditions
It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
According to government regulations, a valid photo ID is required for every guest above 18 years of age staying at the hotel.
Accepted ID proofs include: Driver’s License, Voter ID Card, Passport.
PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID.
Air conditioning is not available during power cuts.
Swimming pool timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Alcoholic beverages and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the pool and public areas.
Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.
Only outside packaged food is allowed on the hotel premises.
